Dentists for Humanity is proud to have grown from our early mission trips in Haiti to a broad international outreach that spans multiple underserved communities across the globe.
Today, our dedicated teams bring essential dental and medical care to people in the Dominican Republic, Mexico, Madagascar, Cambodia, Fiji, Paraguay, and other locations where access to quality healthcare is limited.
Each outreach is tailored to meet the unique needs of the communities we serve, combining clinical care with education and empowerment.
Through partnerships, compassion, and hands-on service, we strive to improve health outcomes and foster lasting change.
As we continue to grow, we are actively exploring new locations to expand our reach and impact even more lives worldwide.

Haiti
Dentists for Humanity began its annual dental mission trips to Haiti in 2014 and continued these efforts through 2019.
During that time, the team provided vital dental care to communities in Leogane, Arcahaie, Sonapi Industrial Park in Port-au-Prince, and surrounding areas.
Although travel restrictions have temporarily paused these trips, we remain hopeful and committed to returning one day to continue serving those in need.

Dominican Republic
Several times a year, the Dentists for Humanity team travels to the Dominican Republic with groups of passionate volunteers. Each trip brings together dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, dental students, high school students, and caring individuals who want to make a difference.
Throughout the week, we visit a different rural, underserved community each day—setting up mobile treatment stations and providing much-needed dental care to people with limited access to healthcare.

Paraguay
In June 2025, Dentists for Humanity partnered with Youth Arts for Humanity’s Brushes Project for our first outreach in Paraguay. Together, we brought vital dental care and creative arts programming to underserved communities, offering healing for both body and spirit. This unique collaboration was a huge success, and we’re excited to return to Paraguay next year to continue building on this impact and explore opportunities to bring this model to other countries in the future.
